infrastructure. Steve's work focuses on identifying regulatory
and policy barriers associated with connecting the
unconnected. He is currently based in </font></font><font

serif">Nova Scotia and is designing a fibre network in rural
Nova Scotia. One of his strengths is communicating technical
concepts to non-expert audiences. This is certainly clear in
this interview. It is one of the best things I have see for
some time discussing the barriers to creating community
