                    to the ongoing pandemic, the
                    <a href="https://www.internetsociety.org/events/indigenous-connectivity-summit/2021/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">
                      Indigenous Connectivity Summit 2021 (ICS)</a> will
                    once again take place online to discuss ways to
                    ensure Alaska Native, American Indian, Inuit, Native
                    Hawaiian, First Nations, and Métis communities have
                    affordable, high-quality, and sustainable Internet
                    access—and how it can support social and economic
                    development. The <a href="https://www.internetsociety.org/events/indigenous-connectivity-summit/2021/agenda/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">
                      ICS 2021 Agenda</a> is filled to the brim with
                    exciting sessions. The ICS 2021 will be a
                    collaborative space to build partnerships, share
                    powerful examples of Indigenous-led projects, engage
                    in robust dialogue, enjoy Indigenous artwork, music
                    and film, and work together to develop the ICS 2021
                    policy recommendations to support Indigenous
                    connectivity efforts going forward</span></p>

                <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Participants
                    of ICS 2021 can also join the

                      Community Networks and/or Policy and Advocacy
                      Trainings</a> which offer two practical, hands-on
                    training tracks on how Indigenous communities can
                    build their own connectivity and how to advocate for
                    access solutions and digital policy needs in
                    Indigenous communities across Canada and the United
                    States. The trainings take place weekly 7 September
                    - 12 October 2021 leading up to the main ICS , and
                    will preview the robust, in-depth conversations that
                    will happen at the summit.
