the answer it generated:

> Community networking is a type of computer network that
is built and maintained by a community of users. These
networks can be used for a variety of purposes, including
sharing resources such as Internet access, software, and
data storage, as well as facilitating communication and
collaboration among community members. Community networks
can be local, regional, or global in scope, and can be based
on a variety of technologies, including wired and wireless
networks. They are often used in underserved or
underrepresented communities as a way to provide access to
information and communication technologies that may not be
readily available through more traditional means.
