What Should be Done to Preserve the MSM? By All
Stakeholders

To ensure that the MSM of Internet governance endures,
stakeholders should continue to:

• Support a constructive discussion, and actively and
publicly communicate the successes of the MSM.

• Pay close attention to the relevant deliberations at the
U.N. and the ITU, and when possible, encourage governments and
organizations to raise their voices in support of the MSM.
Proactively, where appropriate, engage in providing technical,
neutral information about the way the Internet works to their
respective permanent missions to the U.N. (in New York and
Geneva). This could be done through the relevant departments
in their respective ministries of foreign affairs.

On the second point -- play close attention to relevant
deliberations at the U.N. etc, Garth and I have been discussing a
possible submission to the UN Global Digital Compact
