[Valley Youth Fiddlers]

 Hi everyone,

The days are getting shorter and chillier -- it must be getting on for time
to hang up your sun hat and gardening gloves and dust off your dancing
shoes!

The first Family Dance of the season will be held on Saturday November 2nd,
starting 7pm, at the stunningly lovely, renovated, historic Round Lake
Hall.  For anyone who hasn't been to a Family Dance before, this is what
all those fiddle tunes are for!  You dance to them.  And because it's an
extremely historic tradition, there's someone there (usually me) to show
you how!  No experience necessary or expected and no age limit -- bring
yourselves, your kids, your grannies and any teenagers who are cool enough
to realize that there's more to life than JB ...
:-)
Musicians are welcome to play with the band, for a set or two or all
night.  If you want to know in advance which tunes are likely to be played,
let me know.

Admission is by donation, and if you feel like bringing some goodies to
share, that would be very welcome too.
