Hello CAP Sites					March 14, 2006

The following message was received from our Industry Canada contacts.
I am sharing it with all the CAP Sites in the South Island Community  
Access Network (SICAN). I would like to thank each CAP Site for  
completion of both tasks:
(1. Completing the Questionnaire & 2. Each CAP Site sending in their  
required email message to Ottawa)

Finally for this April 1, 2005 - February 28, 2006 funding term....    
Several CAP Sites have not sent in their documentation to receive  
reimbursement. If this is so you will receive a message about that!

We have received a completed questionnaire and an email from each of  
the 557 CAP sites and 22 Networks in BC and Yukon.

We are done!

HOWEVER:

Several CAP Sites have not sent in their documentation to receive  
reimbursement. If this is so you will receive a message about that!

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, PLEASE ASK ME.

Regarding the future of CAP

At this time we do not have any news about the future of the CAP  
programme. As well, we do not know what if any allocations there will  
be for CAP Youth in the coming months.  I would however like to share  
the comment that I heard from one of the Industry Canada  
contacts ...  we were told that the survey we struggled with Spring  
2005 has been very useful in assessing CAP. Thanks to CAP Sites which  
completed this survey.

I would like to recognize the important community support you all  
provide at your various CAP Sites. Thank you to everyone.
