Kevin Japp of Island Key Computer has contacted me.  He has an idea  
for a service that he feels might benefit some CAP sites.

He wanted to know how to get in touch with the CAP sites and I  
directed him to the public list of SICAN sites (sican.tc.ca/locations)

I have had successful business relationships with Kevin several times  
over the years.  I really can't comment on his current idea as I  
don't know how useful it would be for your situations.
