Hello CAP Sites
How quickly the mood changes and the winds blow up.
On Wednesday, March 10 in the eveing SICAN received a letter by email
about major changes to the CAP program.
The intent was notice that CAP Sites within 25 km of a library would
no longer get any funding. There was a media uproar.
This evening SICAN has received notice that the program is being
restored for the fiscal year April 2010 to March 31, 2010.
