I first met Shamus through my friend Myles, who, in turn, I met through my friend Tab. They were all doing stage crew for the PACE musical that I am in, so I got to know him pretty quickly. I eventually got to work with him during the Christmas show that I crewed for this December, even if the entire time was spent mocking Tab (remember "sheep are better then the stage manager", Shamus?).

I don't remember exactly how or when I started talking to Shamus online, but we talk A LOT now. He always gives great advice, and since he doesn't know most of my friends, it's usually unbiased (or biased in my favour, at least =) He talks to me quite a bit too, and hopefully I do almost as good a job as he does.

I basically just wanted to use this space to boast about the awesome friend that I have (even if he *does* pick on me), because he is always there to listen to me, even at 4 in the morning when he is really not wanting to do anything but sleep. You da man, Shamus, you da man.
