In December 2003 and 2004 the Log Cabin was the scene for 2 weekends of ideas and ways of celebrating the festive season with old fashioned gift making crafts as well as home made goodies that would have been either given as gifts or eaten during the craft making event.

The cabin was decorated with paper chains, strings of popcorn, a tree with home-made decorations and a huge fire blazing in the fireplace.
Some of the members told about school events in their younger days and youngsters found it hard to believe that the festive season had changed so much.

We hope to redo that event in the fall of 2006. Please watch the local newspapers and feature magazines for dates.
