The Lynx "comment" command initiates an email message to the recorded author of the document (*). To send a comment simply press the 'c' key and complete complete the email message using Pine Email Commands.
As part of a comment you can send a carbon copy to yourself (or someone else) and include the original document in the message. This may help the intended recipient identify what document you are referring to.
(*) On some Internet sites document owners will not be defined. However here at Victoria Telecommunity Network you should be able to contact the individual or volunteer team responsible for maintaining a document.
