Who to Ask???
As Victoria Telecommunity Network grows, responsibility for various user services
has been divided among various teams of user volunteers.
By directing your questions or comments to the volunteer team
responsible for that service you can expect better response.
- If you are having a problem accomplishing some basic task
- For problems logging on, trouble registering, questions about your
membership, lost passwords,
contact the office.
- To report a technical problem contact the technical group.
- If you notice an error in the 'Helpdesk' documents or if you have a
suggestion to improve the on-line documentation contact the office.
If you wish to offer a comment or suggestion about the policies of
Victoria Telecommunity Network you can contact the board by sending email to
