Contacting Userhelp

When is a problem NOT a problem... ;-)

Many problems experienced by users are related to unavailable resources on Victoria Telecommunity Network or on other computer systems connected to VTN through the Internet. Usually these problems are temporary and will be resolved within a few hours or a couple of days.

Real Problems...

If you have an alarming or persistent problem... and cannot find an answer in the Helpdesk Documentation you can ask the userhelp volunteers.

It is in YOUR interest to provide as much detail as possible with respect to the problem including your:

Remember, you're asking a volunteer, (who is not a mind reader ;-) and it may take a couple of days to get a reply. (This is why it makes sense to check the documentation to see if there is an answer there.)
