Well, Peter has just sent my strategy to the list before I had a
chance to pretty up the presentation and prepare a report on
Thursday's meeting.  But you will get the jist of it below.  I'm
suggesting that everyone pick a cabinet minister in their area and
get a meeting going asap.

Let's not go for the opposition at this time -- I think it would work
against us.

List of ministers and their ridings attached.  Let me know if you can
take on any of these people.

Some have already agreed to do this -- and that is indicated in the file.
