After chatting on the phone today
and understanding how IDRC could be a model for this foundation
and given that the CAP door, while closing, seems to still be open
(there exists the chance that we are an irritant they are not sure
what to do about)

this may be the perfect answer

so 500 million gets us to today's levels of service....

interesting?

a way out for them?
