[Advisors] Welcoming Dana Perry

Hello all

This e-mail is to welcome Dana Perry to the list.  Dana coordinates 
the Association of Western Valley CAP Sites:  Annapolis County, Digby 
County, and the District of Clare in the Annapolis Valley in Nova 
Scotia(along the Bay of Fundy).  He is also a former film-maker/film 
technician who, if I remember correctly, left the crazy world of 
Toronto-centric national broadcasting to work with CAP in N.S. =D> I 
met Dana at last year's N.S. CAP summit.
