[Advisors] PAC is over but not CAP-Y

Dana,=20

I want to make sure you understand my meaning.

I live in rural Alberta, the wellspring of today's Regressive =
Conservative politics.

This government will only listen to reason that resonates with their =
dogma.

Now they've been cornered by the F-35 procurement fiasco, and they are =
anything but contrite.

They are in a vicious and vindictive mood, and putting the screws to =
them about CAP will be like prodding a wounded animal.

I'd rather we didn't waste time or energy on a lost cause.

The Conservatives hate CAP, because it runs counter to their dogma.

For as long as they've been in power, they've been looking for a =
politically tenable way to kill it.

Late afternoon, the day before a long weekend... says it all.

CAP is one of the most useful and important programs the federal =
government has delivered in the last two decades.=20

We should be expanding the program, but we need to shift focus to =
audiences that are far more likely to recognize its value.

Younger people will be the strongest audience, including younger =
entrepreneurs.=20

If we can retool it as an economic program rather than a social program, =
it will have much stronger legs.

This is the discussion we need to be having... how to make this happen.

James

bureaucrats. I read some of your other posts and thought them to be =
quite good. This one...not so much.
