Friends, I=B9ve written up the NS press release for my blog
muskokanewswatch.com and plan to chase Tony Clement for comment given lack
of availability in Clement=B9s riding =8B and recent moves by Rogers to force
rural users into capped data usage agreements. In December, I asked him
about the future of CAP and he tried to tell me it was no longer under
Industry Canada. I politely said indeed it still was but couldn=B9t get into
it much further. I tell you this because I also want to draw your attention
to this story of preserving CAP where Clement was quoted in The Globe.
