[Advisors] Tony Clement in 2009 about CAP in The Globe and Mail

Not meaning to be disrespectful in any way at all to any who receive  
this message.  It is all very well and fine to theorize about  
direction etc.,...At what point do we act? I see that the program is  
on a collision course yet we're going in circles. Eric Stackhouse  
seems to have taken the lead and is getting involved with the media  
and engaging them and ultimately engaging the public.  I vote, I pay  
taxes and not afraid to tell our elected officials that I disagree.  I  
am proud to be a part of CAP as I feel it has true value and meaning.   
I sincerely hope the rest of you are reaching out via the tools we have.
