Friends, I've written up the NS press release for my blog muskokanewswatch.=
com and plan to chase Tony Clement for comment given lack of availability i=
n Clement's riding - and recent moves by Rogers to force rural users into c=
apped data usage agreements. In December, I asked him about the future of C=
AP and he tried to tell me it was no longer under Industry Canada. I polite=
ly said indeed it still was but couldn't get into it much further. I tell y=
ou this because I also want to draw your attention to this story of preserv=
ing CAP where Clement was quoted in The Globe. Although it's old, perhaps i=
t is something that can be leveraged - or shared with other media.
