The CATA iCanada initiative is aimed at SMEs. There approach is to lobby
government to provide funding for equipment vendors to perform R&D.

Not altruistic motivations, but given the blue ribbon membership list, CATA
could be a useful ally.

If the purpose was to provide connectivity to SMEs that is, and you don=B9t
mind others profiting from the effort.
