Perhaps this is an idea that TC and ISOC might be interested to explore =
collaboratively.=20
If there were to be such an organization, it would make sense to =
leverage it for the same kind of policy advocacy that TC is already =
doing.=20
It might incorporate TC's capacities and expertise... I would like to =
hear TC's thoughts around such an idea.=20
