[Advisors] CAP futures workshop - erratum

In my rush to get this out I misrepresented Karen who is NOT dept. of 
ed. but in the Department of Economic and Rural
Development and Tourism -- pretty much where we all think CAP should be housed.

Sorry about that.  I am juggling far too many balls here at the moment.
