[Advisors] I may have answered my own question

I just found out that Morry Brown of Net Central is the person I should
speak with re Manitoulin connectivity. But if anyone has any other
suggestions, would still love to hear them. Is NetCentral a TC member? I
assume yes, but if not, I¹ll be telling them they should be :)
