I'm  afraid that I'll likely be asleep (some 12 or so time zones away) at
the time of the AGM but good luck with it and I'm delighted to have my name
go forward for the Board.

Hi all,

 

As per our Doodle Poll, our AGM will be conducted on Feb 12 at 1:00 EST.
Attached is the agenda.

 

Marita reports that we have a slate of 14 our of possible total of 15.  We
will be assuming that the 14 now standing will wish to continue to do so.
If that is not the case, please feel free to reply to this e-mail or to me
personally.

 

Following the AGM will be the Directors meeting.  It is open to all but only
the Directors can cast votes.

 

I very much look forward to virtually seeing you on Wednesday!
