[Advisors] Internet policy issues for ISOC Canada - again

Just a reminder folks -- there must be a few more of you out there with 
policy concerns -- digital divide, rural access, net neutrality, 
community ownership, privacy, security, .............

Also, those who have been representing us internationally, at NARALO in 
London and elsewhere,  you must have some things to say here -- because 
there is a lot going on at that level that most people don't know about. 
ISOC Canada needs to have positions on what is going on re: the U.S. 
stepping away from their contract with ICANN, the potential role of ITU, 
human rights issues, top level domains .................
