Hi all

I had concerns about the program funding in light of the early election 
call.

We had decided, once we received the signed letter from James Moore that 
we would hire a few of the summer interns and get people working.  I 
understand this is a calculated albeit low risk situation.

I recall that last year we awaited Minister Moore's signature. This year 
we are waiting for the Contribution Agreement which is more bureaucratic 
- and was told we should receive something in the next week.

I had thought that with the election call all funding stopped but 
apparently this is not true.  No new monies can be 'awarded' but we have 
the go ahead from the government of the time so the program can proceed.
