[Advisors] instructions re: google hangout

Colleagues: Anthony has sent me the following instructions re: the 
discussion tomorrow on broadband.  I hope those who want to join in will 
be able to do follow this.  Right now, I have Clarice, James, Garth, 
Mike G., myself, and Anthony on the list of participants but would love 
to hear from more of you.

We've tried using other emails but it kept taking people to the Google 
signin page.

Participants will:

    * Require a gmail address and Google + account to attend (If you use
      Google Drive with a gmail account it already possess a Google +
      account as one is automatically created for you).
    * Need to use the Google Chrome web browser OR install the Google
      Hangouts plug-in found here to make your web browser compatible.
    * Need to be logged in to your gmail with your gmail open in your
      web browser around 5 minutes before the start of the webinar to be
      able to accept my video call request.
