The on-line applications system for the CIRA community investment 
program 2015 will open on Feb. 4.  Applications must be submitted by 
March 6.

CIRA expects an increase in applications as this is the second year of 
the program.

Yes, I am still on the evaluation committee but I only get to see 
approx. 1/3 of the applications and do have to recluse myself if I see 
any conflict.
