[Advisors] CIRA and Internet governance

Hello all. Tomorrow I will be attending a CIRA organized forum (under 
the Canadian Internet Forum series) on the topic of Internet governance 
(http://cira.ca/cif).   I don't know if it will be webcast or set up for 
remote participation. I don't see any mention of that on the site.  Last 
year this forum switched well between speakers and small groups so there 
was plenty of opportunity for input.

But some people here are far more expert than I am on this topic so if 
you would like to send me your thoughts on the topic, I will keep them 
in mind during my participation.
