[Advisors] CIRA elections -- board of directors -- 24 hrs. left

If you received a message from CIRA about 10 days ago with a id# and 
password, you are eligible to vote in the election that is currently 
underway.  If the response to the "show of support" period, are any 
indication, it is a two way race, on the members slate, between me (53 
supporters) and Bill Anderson, currently a director, (57 supporters).

So please exercise your vote if you haven't already done so.  The 
deadline is Sept. 23, 3pm. est.
