Here is a preliminary environmental scan of provincial public access 
organizations/member-owned Internet service providers and 
municipal/community- owned broadband/ wi-fi sites that I know about.  It 
will help us in any potential activity to be able to point to an active 
community.

of CAP continue to do so.
