[Advisors] Fibre Internet Connectivity in Manitoba

Hello,

I'm looking into fibre connectivity for a project in Manitoba.

Just curious if there are any non dominant carrier initiatives that might 
provide additional options.

Manitoba Hydro Telecom seems to have some decent coverage and I'll be looking 
into that option.

Any information would be welcome.
