[Advisors] CIRA show of support period

Hi advisors. Those of you who are CIRA members will have received a 
request to show your support for one of the candidates running on the 
member side of the slate -- with an id and password included. This is 
not the election yet -- it is just that a candidate must receive 20 
shows of support in order to stay on that list for the actual election 
round.

If you have not yet cast your support for anyone, you might want to put 
in a plug for David Mackey who has been volunteering some time to ICANN 
activities through the North American At Large Organization (NARALO).
