[Advisors] At Large geonames survey

Hello advisors. Recently some of you filled out an At Large survey which 
sought input on the difficult issue of who should be allowed to buy top 
level domain names that have geographic implications. That survey has 
been adjusted in response to some feedback. You are invited to try that 
survey again if you wish, at the site below.

You do not need to take the survey to benefit from the 5minute video on 
the first screen which explains why this issue is do difficult to resolve.
