[Advisors] covid-19 and rural internet access

Thank you Monique, for getting us up to date with the amazing work going 
on through Communautique. It is inspiring to hear about one of our group 
producing some of the much needed personal protection equipment for 
health care workers. Wow!!!

I know that the National Capital Freenet in Ottawa also has training 
programs for seniors and assistance for low income. Maybe there is some 
experience to share in that area.
