[Advisors] Blast from the past -- a documentary about the CAP program

Hello advisors. In the course of checking out some old stories about C at P 
sites, I rediscovered this one hour documentary made in 2011, just about 
the time the federal government was phasing out the sites. It features 
nine C at P sites in the Halifax area and tells a very poignant story about 
how important these sites were in the lives of the people and the 
communities. The documentary was made by Ariana Pahlke, still and active 
filmmaker in Canada in cooperation with the Halifax Regional CAP 
Association. An interesting historical piece about a visionary program 
that was undervalued -- sort of a digital Avro Arrow, you could say.

As an aside, this documentary was scheduled to be premiered at one of 
the last editions of the BC Summit that was organized annually by PCNA 
(Pacific Community Networking Association). When the time came, the film 
was suddenly embargoed because the N.S. government was uncomfortable
