[Advisors] New CIRA survey on Canadian's attitudes towards the internet

Hello advisors. CIRA has just released their annual /Canadians Deserve a 
Better Internet 
<https://www.cira.ca/resources/state-internet/report/canadians-deserve-a-better-internet-2021#broadband-equity> 
/report detailing Canadians’ attitudes towards the internet.

This edition focuses largely on the government’s digital policy agenda, 
and finds that Canadian internet users are overwhelmingly supportive of 
new laws to protect privacy, prevent cyber attacks, and crackdown on 
illegal content on social media. There are also a ton of additional 
stats on Canadians support for news funding, Canadian content support, 
broadband buildout, and online misinformation – amongst others.
