[Advisors] Invitation - NARALO mtg.

NARALO is the North American Regional At Large Organization and TC is 
one of the founding members. The RALOs  form the basis of the At Large 
bottom up structure which represents the interests of internet endusers 
at ICANN.

I am on the agenda but will be traveling. But I have done a 10 minute 
zoom recording summarizing the public forum that I moderated during the 
recent ICANN73 mtg. Other speakers will be providing similiar summaries.
