[Advisors] U.S. Broadband programs

Hello Advisors. I am putting together some slides for the ICANN77 and 
NASIG (North American School of Internet Governance) panel -- on 
broadband programs in Canada. I thought you might enjoy this wonderfully 
organized list of programs in the U.S. As far as I know, no such list 
exists re: Can. gov. programs -- although I am asking about it 😁
