This is not your site official contract !!!!!


The contract (document) email of yesterday was simply a reminder of 
the rules and allowable expenses for CAP funding. We are now 
accepting invoices for expenditures dating back to April 22, 2003.

Sites are encouraged to submit claims on a monthly basis. The cut off 
date for this months claim is Oct 27. Payments for allowable expenses 
are projected (dependent on receipt of funding) to be made by Nov 15, 
2003.

All contracts for sites will be sent from this office. You will 
receive two copies with particulars relating to your individual site. 
When you receive them, contracts will be signed by Gary Shearman on 
behalf of SICAN.

If the site address or mailing address or site name are wrong please 
correct.  Any other changes to the contract will make it invalid.

Upon receipt of the paper documentation please sign all documents in 
*** blue *** ink!

One copy is a file copy for your site. One copy must be returned to 
this office.
Funds will be released to your site only after the signed contract 
has been received by this office.

These instructions will be repeated when contracts are sent out.
All local Victoria contracts will be distributed by our CAP Youth. 
Others will be mailed by postal mail.
