[Advisors] TC workshops at the summit

Hi folks.  Eric Stackhouse has reminded me that a contingent from 
N.S. is attending the Summit and one thing they would like to see is 
a discussion on how to move forward with CAP.  Yes, this would be 
more than appropriate, right now!

So, who else is attending and do you have any ideas on how you would 
like structure such a discussion.

I will be there and I will be happy to either moderate or be a 
speaker -- depending on how we decide to structure this.  I will also 
put together a workshop description and send it to summit organizers 
-- once we decide on the best way to proceed.
