[Advisors] CAP futures workshop -- BC summit

Yup, we could do that.  We could even suggest two workshops -- one on 
CAP specifically and the broader discussion below which would be very 
appropriate.

Of course, in both cases, we will need some volunteers to present 
ideas that would start the discussions.
