[Advisors] CIRA -- voting begun for bd of directors

Hello all.  This is just a note that, if you are a CIRA member, the 
actual voting period in the election for board members has begun.  You 
will have to use the message you received from CIRA to access your 
ballot.  It contains a unique ID and PW.

If you did not receive such a message in the last few days, it could be 
in your spam filter.  If you still can't find that message, please let 
me know.  There have definitely been problems with this new system.

You may vote between now and 2pm ET Sept. 24.
