[Advisors] cira election -- don't forget to vote

If you are a member of CIRA and haven't voted yet, please cast your vote 
in the current board elections. Only 2 days left. You will have received 
an e-mail with some code numbers that enable access to the system.

In case you are wondering, I did go through all the candidates and in 
the end, voted for board stability. I hesitate to vote that way on the 
members part of the list, but Louise MacDonald seemed to me to be the 
strongest candidate on a pretty short list.

Whomever you vote for, voting is important. There are always movements 
afoot asking why we have votes when so few people exercise that vote.
